Southwest meets the Southeast
Our fresh made from scratch sauces, salsas and menu items have their roots in both regions. From the Southwest we created our New Mexican pork green chili sauce, our Southern Cal fish taco called the Outer Banks taco and our Hatch Chili sauce called Hatchoo Sauce. From the Southeast we buy North Carolina sweet potatoes that go into our Flying Mayan Burrito and our slow cooked pork from Eastern Carolina goes into our Carolina Burrito which has been featured on the Travel Channel’s Food Paradise, “Burrito Paradise !! episode..
